We know that the trust you place in us comes with the responsibility of keeping the information you provide us private.  We are, at all times, very sensitive to your privacy concerns.


We collect nonpublic, personal information about you or your loved one from the following sources:

Ø          Information we receive from you or your legal next-of-kin as needed to provide the services you have chosen.

Ø          Information received from others working with you or your next-of-kin, including but not limited to:

           Physicians

           Hospitals

           Convalescent/Care Centers

           Hospice

           Emergency Medical Personnel

           Sheriff or Police Department

           County Medical Examiners Office


We provide nonpublic, personal information about you or your loved one as necessary to assist you and provide the services you have chosen to:

Ø          Allen Brothers Mortuary Staff and Preneed Consultants who will be working with your family

Ø          County Department of Health Services – Vital Statistics (Death Certificates)

Ø          Social Security Administration

Ø          Veterans Administration, if applicable

Ø          Insurance Companies, if applicable

Ø          Funeral/Memorial personnel chosen by you or your next-of-kin, including but not limited to

           Clergy

           Musicians/Vocalists

           Escorts

           Limousines

           Florists

           Cemetery Personnel

           Crematory Personnel

           Honor Guard, if applicable

           Newspaper Obituary Columnists

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.  In addition, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our families to anyone, except as required by law or authorized by you or your next-of-kin.

For your peace of mind...

All original documents you provide are copied for our files as they pertain to the services you have chosen and the original documents are then returned to you.  The copies become part of our permanent files.


Although we are not legally required to do so, as a courtesy to our families, we maintain our files permanently.  If, as the years pass, you find a need for information regarding a loved one’s service or a preneed arrangement, please feel welcome to contact us at either 760-726-2555 or 760-744-4522.
