In Memoriam
2019
Gabe left us in the wee morning hours of Independence Day. So befitting if you ever had the good fortune to see, meet or know him. He relished and exemplified freedom, independence and fairness. He was vibrant much like a spectacular and grand fireworks finale. He was always on the move, usually on a skateboard or his most excellent scooter.
It seemed that Gabe knew everybody and everybody knew Gabe.
Our hearts still ache so very deeply. He wouldn’t want us to be sad. Many of his family members and friends still struggle with his being gone. Remember who he was and what he believed in with all of his heart and soul. Perhaps, as a way to comfort your hearts and to honor his memory, consider doing an act of kindness for another. I doesn’t matter the size.
Gabe loved to help others, young and old. He carried groceries for the elderly, he would sit on the phone for hours encouraging a friend struggling, he’d give his last bite to eat to someone else who was hungry, he took out the trash when visiting at a friend’s house, he would walk a scared kid home and carry a cat or a dog to safety.
No doubt he will be smiling down.
Gabe had wanted to help out at this homeless shelter for kids.

Our family would like to again thank so many for your ongoing support and words of encouragement during this difficult past year. We see Gabe all around us, especially in San Elijo Hills.
He is rightfully among the angels in heaven.
