James Thomas Kiley was born in Pierre, S. Dakota on April 19, 1935 and passed away on June 8, 2018 surrounded by his children. He joined the Marines in 1954 stationed at Camp Pendleton. He settled in San Marcos, Ca. and at the age of 23 he managed his first gas station, a Chevron station on Mission Road. He had a long history with the community. Some of his interests through this time included Oceanside 4 Wheelers, owning and racing stock cars and a deep love for animals. He will be greatly missed.
