Joseph Frank Burian

Joseph F. Burian passed away in Escondido, CA on April 26, 2019 at the age of 92.  Joseph leaves behind to mourn him his beloved wife of 65 years, Mary Burian.  Joseph is also survived by his children Richard Burian and Joanne Burian and his grandchildren; Christina (Owen) Bailitz, Richard Burian, Jr. (Vanessa), Tracy Stolinski (Lawrence), Jessica Monahan (Kevin) and Matthew Kerney.  Joseph’s legacy includes eight great-grandchildren; Ella, Carter and Noah Bailitz, Kylie, Hailey and Trevor Stolinski, Ryan and Grace Monahan.  In addition, he is survived by his brother, Frank Burian.

Joseph was born on March 20, 1927 in Chicago, IL.  He married Mary Woods, the love of his life, in 1953. A funeral mass is scheduled for May 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Carlsbad, CA.  He will be interred at Miramar National Cemetery at 2 p.m.
