Pearl Flossie Hannah (Smith) Rice

Pearl Rice was born on December 13, 1936 and passed away on June 12, 2019. Pearl was one of 10 children born to Robert and Mabel Smith. She grew up in Pennsylvania, and moved to California as a teenager. Pearl married John Eugene “Gene” Rice Jr, with whom she had 4 children, 13 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Bonita on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 11AM to 1PM, followed by a funeral service at 1 o’clock.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
