Dorothy (Dori) Trumbo, 90 died Sunday October 13, 2024, in Escondido, California. Dori was born on February 25, 1934, in Portsmouth Iowa to Ann and Jacob Reinig and was the 7th of 10 children. The family moved to Inglewood, California when she was 11. Dori retired from working for the State of California after 30 years at a career she loved. Dori was an avid baseball fan and loved the San Diego Padres.
She is survived by her husband, Buster of nearly 70 years, her two daughters Susan and Karen, two grandsons, Michael and Andrew and two great grandchildren, Jackson and Allison. A private graveside service was held at the San Marcos Cemetery.
