Dr. Margrit A. Jay (Maier), age 85, of San Marcos, CA, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. She is survived by her sons Kenneth and John Jay. She was born June 1934 in Schnaitheim Germany. She graduated with honers, receiving her Doctoral Degree from Texas Cristian University in 1975.
