Floraine Elda Ortiz

The very loving and loved single Mother of 4 is survived by her son Bernard and daughter Dawn, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her exceptionally kind sister Marilyn. Floraine was at peace when she passed quietly surrounded by the love of family and friends. Services for Floraine were held May 13, 2023, at The Potters House Church, Oceanside, CA.  Ms. Flo, as so affectionately called by those that knew and loved her, lived a long, sometimes challenging life. Ms. Flo overcame much hardship growing up in the latter years of the Great Depression and during WW2. Ms. Flo had a deep love for her church and its fellowship finding great joy and purpose in the last years of her long life.
