Josephine R Quiroz

    Josephine, our beloved Mother, Nana, Great Grandmother, Tia and Nina passed away peacefully at the age of 96. Josephine was born and raised in Calipatria, Ca and lived the last 50 years in San Marcos, CA. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Manuel and son Joe, her parent’s Abraham and Maria, her brothers, Joaquin, Ruben, Raymond and Frank, her sisters Vera and Catalina. Josephine loved family gatherings, especially dancing. Her last big dancing event was at her grand-daughter Mya’s Graduation party this year!  Her favorite pass time was being outside gardening whether it was her house or anyone else’s. She was a person that always gave her unconditional love.

    Josephine is survived by her seven children: Raquel (Jesse) Herrera, Dora Quiroz, Yolanda (Mike) Chavez, Simon Quiroz, Dolly (Jesse) Gomez, Gerardo Quiroz, Linda (Rey) Rodriguez. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.

    Our beloved mother will be forever missed, but we will cherish her beautiful memories.
