Kelly Patricia Such

Kelly Patricia (McGory) Such of Oceanside Ca. passed away Friday, March 20, 2020.  She was born July 28, 1970 in Youngstown, Oh. to Jack and Jay Gurnak McGory.  The youngest of seven children, Kelly is survived by her sisters Gloria (Jim) Smith and Diane Phillips and brothers Patrick (Esther), John and Jim (Karen) and her and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother Larry.

Kelly was married on December 18, 1999 to Robert Lee Such Jr. in San Diego, Ca.  She was the loving mother of four children: daughter Lauren (Lucas) Smith-Elliott, and sons Ian, Jack and Matthew.  

Kelly was a graduate of The Ohio State University and spent over twenty years as a project manager in telecommunications. She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and Buckeye football.  She especially loved music in all forms and frequently traveled great distances to enjoy her favorite bands.  

A Mass and Memorial Service for family and friends will be scheduled in the near future.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the JMF Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
