Leona Eva (Smith) Cochrane, 81 of San Diego, passed away July 6, 2020 at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private memorial will be held on Monday, July 13 at 1:00 PM. She is survived by her children, Felice L. Leggett (Andrew), William A. Cochrane IV (Rhonda), Dana Y. Cochrane (Stephen), Yollette R. Cochrane, Sabrina K. Won, Liza F. Cochrane and Paul D. Cochrane (Heather), as well as 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Leona was predeceased by both parents Delphio D. Smith, Sr. and Evelyn (Hughes) Smith as well as her sister, Doris Smith and her brother, Delphio D. Smith, Jr.
