Neta K. Richardson

    Juanita Katherine Stanley (Neta) was born January 30, 1927 to Asa Herbert Stanley and Annie Gillis Stanley.  She married Albert S Richardson Sr. in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1946.  They moved to Oakland, Ca. where their first son, Albert S. Richardson Jr. was born in 1948.  They next moved to Carlsbad where Dwayne. S. Richardson was born in 1953.  They moved to City of San Marcos in 1955 where she joined the City Planning Commission, the City Commerce, and was the 1967 Woman of the Year.  She was a member of St Mark's Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary.  She is survived by her sons and Grandchildren Sarah, Lucas, and Ethan.
