Pamela Sue White

Pamela Sue White, of Vista, California, passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 64. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, family traditions, and memories that will be cherished for generations to come.
    Pamela “Pam” was born and raised in Santa Ana, California, where she attended and graduated from Valley High School. During her high school years, Pam was a cheerleader, reflecting the lively, spirited personality that would remain such a defining part of who she was throughout her life. It was also during these years that she met David White, the absolute love of her life. What began as a young love grew into a lifelong partnership filled with family, laughter, memories, and a love that endured through all of life’s chapters.
    Her greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, David White, and her two sons, Cory White and Joshua White. She was a devoted Grandmother “Cittie” to her two grandchildren, Owen and Ivy White, who held an immeasurable place in her heart. She devoted her whole heart to her family, and the love she had for them was one of the greatest joys of her life. They will carry that love with them forever.
    Pam is also survived by her siblings, Charles Long, Michael Long, and Michelle Amezcua. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Charlotte Long, and her siblings Teresa Long and Steve Long.
    Pam was a woman with a fierce and vibrant spirit. She loved a good party or camping trip, loved being surrounded by family and friends, and believed that the moments shared together were the moments that mattered most.
    Family was at the very heart of Pam’s life. She treasured traditions and had an immense love for both her immediate and extended family. She was famously known for her procrastination, often leaving things until the very last minute. But somehow, she always managed to make things happen. More than anything, she had an undeniable desire to bring the people she loved together, both immediate and extended family and friends, because being surrounded by the people she loved was where Pam was happiest.
Pam also had a special love for capturing those memories through photographs. She always wanted to “wait, let’s take a picture”, so that we would remember the laughter, the celebrations, the holidays, the milestones, and the everyday moments that became the stories families tell for years to come. Her photos were more than pictures; they were pieces of a life she wanted to hold onto and share with the people she loved.
    Pam’s absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. Yet, in the stories told, the traditions carried on, the photographs looked back upon, and the gatherings where family comes together, her spirit will remain.
More than anything, her smile and her laugh are what we will remember most. Her smile could light up a room, and her laughter was unmistakably Pamela! Full of life, joy, and the spirit that made her so unforgettable. Those who loved her will carry her in their hearts forever.
    She taught those around her that life is meant to be shared, that family matters, traditions matter, and that there is always room for one more person at the table and one more memory to be made.
    Pamela will be remembered, missed, and loved always.
Funeral services, including a graveside blessing, will be held:
Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange, California.
