Patricia Andreozzi Obituary
Dr. Patricia Ann Andreozzi was called home to heaven on July 6th, 2019.
Patricia was born to John and Anna Andreozzi in Providence, Rhode Island. She was in the first female class at Providence College and received her Ph.D. in chemistry from Case Western University. She was an avid advocate for social justice and in her spare time enjoyed baking, reading and listening to Italian opera.
Patricia was a proud and loving mother to her sons, Dr. Meshe Chonde, Dr. Daniel Chonde, Dr. Seifu Chonde and grandmother to Lucas Chonde. She is survived by the love of her life and best friend, Dr. Yohannes Chonde; mother Anna Andreozzi, brother Dr. John Andreozzi, sister Maria Babcock, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, she would want you to tell someone how much you love them. She was also passionate about the NGO she was involved in with her husband, https://www.groweastafrica.org, which sought to give those with nothing a fighting chance.
She will be missed by all of her family and friends. Her spirit will be with us forever. Let us love one another and make this world a better place.
