Velma Irene St. John

Velma I. St. John died peacefully at Silvergate Retirement Community on November 28th, 2021 at 2:00AM, at the age of 78. Velma was born in San Diego, CA., and her joys were being with her family and friends. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren dearly. Velma is survived by her daughter Yolanda Bivens, three sons Salvador Cuellar, Rick Cuellar, and Steve Cuellar, two step-daughters Rhonda McKee and Montel Fanning, two sisters Lorraine Nelson and Adah Packard, her brother Chuck Gregg, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Velma is preceded by her husband Frank C. St. John III, her mother Laura Gregg, her father Charles Gregg Sr., step-son Frank C. St. John IV, and many aunts and uncles.
